JD Power ranks iPhone highest satisfaction
The latest JD Power and Associates Report for business wireless smartphones has put the iPhone at the top of the pile for customer satisfaction. Measuring ease of operation, operating system, physical design, handset features, and battery aspects, the iPhone scored 778 out of 1,000 points, particularly on ease of operation, physical design and handset features.
